Providing direct support to foster parents with a manageable caseload for effective supervision. \Conducting regular supervision sessions to monitor compliance with regulatory standards. \Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate participation in assessments and decision-making. \Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents. \Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment. \Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines. \Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent. \Previous experience in children and families social work. \Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation in children's services. \Full driving licence with unrestricted access to your own car. \n\n Working Conditions: \n This is a demanding yet rewarding position that requires a commitment to maintaining high standards and providing training to foster parents.
