Providing direct support to foster parents with a manageable caseload, ensuring high-quality supervision. \Conducting regular supervision sessions, monitoring practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. \Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate meaningful participation in assessments and decision-making. \n\n What We’re Looking For\n We seek a qualified and experienced Supervising Social Worker who is: \Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents. \Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment. \Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines. \Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent. \Previous experience in children and families social work. \Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and publications related to children's services. \Full driving licence with unrestricted access to your own car. \n\n Working Conditions\n This is a demanding yet rewarding position that includes both quality assurance and training roles for foster parents.
