Join a growing, people-focused business at Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) in Kent. We are one of the UK’s leading service providers in the Fresh Produce sector, employing over 1,200 colleagues across four sites.

This is a varied, hands-on HR position where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across multiple sites, providing expert advice, resolving challenges, and helping shape a positive, people-centred culture. If you enjoy building relationships, improving processes, and making a real impact, this role is for you.

Please note: This is a multisite role, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering day-to-day HR advice to managers and colleagues
  • Managing a variety of ER cases and supporting absence management
  • Ensuring accurate and timely HR documentation and administration
  • Maintaining compliance with policies, legislation, and collective agreements
  • Keeping clear, detailed ER case notes
  • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement work
  • Updating HR systems and resolving system-related queries
  • Coaching managers on HR processes and best practice
  • Identifying trends in ER, capability, and compliance to help drive change

What We’re Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 3 (essential)
  • Strong communication skills – confident, clear, and people-focused
  • Great at organising and prioritising in a busy environment
  • Previous experience giving HR advice
  • Pragmatic, solution-focused, and approachable
  • Team-player with a proactive mindset
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience in a fast-paced or 24/7 operation is a real advantage
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role.
