With a workforce of 1,200+, and having just opened our 4th site, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Induction Training Facilitator to join our team and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees. In this role, you’ll ensure every new starter feels welcomed, informed, and prepared for success. You’ll lead engaging induction sessions, tailor content to different learning styles, and continuously improve our programme to keep it fresh and effective.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging induction training sessions that create a positive first impression.
  • Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of understanding.
  • Review and refine induction content based on feedback and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and completion.
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations and multimedia resources.
  • Support ad hoc training requests and assist with reporting on induction KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Additional qualifications (e.g., First Aid Instructor) are a bonus but not essential.
