b Overview /b p In this role you lead the facility design services for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, shaping master planning and design philosophies. You will oversee scope, budgets, and staffing in collaboration with project managers, and ensure regulatory compliance and construction delivery. You work across teams to transfer client requirements into coherent design solutions and promote design standards. This is a chance to steer high-impact projects at a global engineering and consulting firm with a clear focus on speed to market and operational readiness. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead Master Planning and define design parameters /li li Assess project needs, break down scope, and coordinate with Project Manager on budget and staffing /li li Draft scope of work for architectural design based on client discussions /li li Present design information to project teams and participate in proposals /li li Ensure compliance with building codes and coordinate with authorities as needed /li li Assign and review design team work; monitor progress and scope changes /li li Coordinate project document delivery with clients and design professionals /li li Prepare or review construction budgets; promote design and production standards /li li Support staff development and act as a design resource /li li Contribute to special projects as assigned /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor of Architecture, RIBA certified and registration preferred /li li Significant experience as a Project Architect with accountability for individual and team projects /li li Extensive architectural design experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or laboratory sectors /li li Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; drawing experience preferred; ability to use Revit for design documentation /li /ul ul li leadership /li li communication /li li team coordination /li li AutoCAD /li li Revit /li li architectural design /li /ul
