Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Primary Nurse to join our team.
This will be a dual role with Southleigh Community Hospital and also Battersea Bridge Hospital.
We support each service user’s journey and ensure that it is underpinned by personalised care plans that incorporate evidence-based psychological interventions, robust risk assessment, occupational therapy, and social inclusion measures.
What You’ll be Doing Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day night shifts Administer medications and treatments Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
Maintain accurate care and documentation Support residents in achieving their personal health goals What You'll Need NMC Registered Nurse Pin Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
