Make a Difference Every Day. We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team. At Saffron Court, we offer 24-hour support to clients with a mild learning disability or mental health diagnosis. We also support clients who have physical disabilities or who are vulnerable living on their own.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Oversee the day-to-day operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC-equivalent standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home's financial sustainability.
  • Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals.
  • Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 1+ years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
  • Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
  • Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour.
  • Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
