Marston Court home is situated in the East area of Leicester and is close to all amenities.
We are a 22 bedded residential care home that provides 24 hour care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
We also support individuals on a dementia care pathway.
We provide high quality care and a safe environment that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life.
What You’ll be Doing Design and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs Encourage participation and build confidence through meaningful engagement Work closely with care staff and clinical teams to support holistic care Organise events, outings, and seasonal celebrations Maintain records and contribute to care planning What You’ll Need Experience in a care or support setting (preferred) Creative flair and a passion for helping others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage individuals with diverse needs Organised, flexible, and proactive approach Why Join Us?
