What You’ll be Doing

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and statutory checks.
  • Manage contractors and liaise with external suppliers when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and audits.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in budgeting and resource planning.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in a trade, Health & Safety certifications) are desirable.
