Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team! At Apna House our highly experienced and trained staff work to support people who have a wide range of mental health needs, from mild anxiety and depression, to severe and enduring mental health problems. We’re particularly interested in someone who: Has a genuine passion for improving the lives of others Is committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment Has strong leadership and people-management skills Is confident and experienced in leading and managing change Can inspire a team and drive continuous improvement Understands the importance of delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support What You’ll be Doing Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential home Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Safeguarding standards Develop and implement care plans Conduct staff training and development Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff What You'll Need Driving License is required – must be able to drive Minimum of NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards their level 5 in Health and Social Care Minimum of 5- years' experience working in a similar environment Strong leadership and management skills Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC and best practices Commitment to providing high-quality care Why Join Us?
