This arrangement provides support and supervision in the delivery of care allowing for a clinical perspective to be considered when challenges or complications in care delivery are encountered.

What You’ll be Doing
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
- Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a support worker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
