We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service satisfaction.
At Cassiobury, our team of staff have a wide range of skills and experience with, drug and alcohol addiction, depression and anxiety along with a wealth of knowledge on recovering from these conditions. As well as having some of the best therapists in the industry, our clients work closely with those who have suffered from addiction themselves to provide extra empathy in their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team.
- Ensure all rooms and public areas meet exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff schedules, stock, and departmental day to day activities.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain health and safety compliance.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver an outstanding experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping management experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of health and safety and infection control standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A caring and respectful attitude towards residents.
