Support Worker to work with our team!
Baytree is our brand-new purpose built Supported Living environment, it will compromise of 10 self-contained en-suites flats, beautiful garden space, balcony area and fully equipped shared kitchen.
Baytree will also have a fully functional staff area which will be made up of a staff room, office and en-suite room for those that are doing sleepin’s.
Baytree will support people with varied mental health conditions on their journey to living independently.
- What You’ll be Doing
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
- Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
