We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance to join the team!

What You’ll be Doing
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and statutory checks.
- Manage contractors and liaise with external suppliers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and audits.
- Support the Facilities Manager in budgeting and resource planning.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in a trade, Health & Safety certifications) are desirable.
