Register Manager to join our team!
Proactive Life Midlands provides a supported living service in Brimingham for adults with mental health conditions and associated complex needs.
- What You’ll be Doing
- Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.
- Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals
- Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment
- What You’ll Need
- At least 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
- Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
- Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour
- Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
