We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team!
At Apna House our highly experienced and trained staff work to support people who have a wide range of mental health needs, from mild anxiety and depression, to severe and enduring mental health problems.

What You’ll be Doing
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential home
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Safeguarding standards
- Develop and implement care plans
- Conduct staff training and development
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
What You'll Need
- Driving License is required – must be able to drive
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards their level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Minimum of 5- years' experience working in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC and best practices
- Commitment to providing high-quality care
