Integrated Flooring Technologies (IFT) specialises in providing a comprehensive range of flooring systems and installation services to industrial, commercial, and end-user clients across Scotland and the North of England. With extensive experience, IFT works collaboratively with main contractors, project managers, architects and end users. Known for high standards of expertise and service, we are committed to delivering exceptional flooring solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

As the business continues to evolve, we are looking for an experienced commercial professional—Estimator or QS background—to join our team in East Kilbride, working across our Resin, Screed, and Underfloor Heating divisions.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing accurate cost estimates by analysing project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure proposals align with project objectives.
  • Assisting in tender submissions and providing commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working with the Directors to drive commercial strategy and secure work.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in cost estimation, budgeting, and preparing detailed proposals.
  • Technical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret specifications and technical drawings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with flooring systems (Screed/Resin/UFH) or construction materials is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Systems: Proficiency in relevant estimating software/tools.

An attractive salary and benefits package (including company vehicle) is available, negotiable depending on experience.
