We are currently looking for a motivated and eager Trainee Fire & Security Engineer to join our expanding team. Role Overview: As a Trainee Fire & Security Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to learn how to install, maintain, and repair a variety of fire detection and security systems. You'll gain hands-on experience in fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems while working towards industry qualifications. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. A full UK Driving License is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
- Work with senior engineers to conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure they comply with industry standards.
- Help diagnose faults and carry out repairs as necessary.
- Learn to prepare detailed reports and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
