Integrated Family Healthcare is expanding its Hastings ADHD Service and seeks a Clinical Pharmacist with an interest in ADHD and neurodevelopmental care. You will lead medication initiation, titration, and ongoing management for adults within the Focus Sussex pathway.
Working with GPs, clinicians and service navigators, you will assess treatment response, monitor safety, document decisions, and contribute to service development in a developing NHS pathway.
