The Role
We are looking for a Head of Acquisition Marketing to lead demand generation across our global markets, driving net new pipeline and supporting our transition to a SaaS focused growth model. This is a hands on, commercially focused role that sits at the centre of our new business strategy, owning the programmes, campaigns and channels that attract and convert new customers. You will work closely with sales, SDR and marketing teams to ensure consistent pipeline growth and high-quality lead generation across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver global demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline growth targets.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, webinars and events.
- Build and optimise lead journeys from first touch through to MQL and SQL conversion.
- Work closely with SDR and sales teams to ensure effective lead handover and follow up.
- Manage marketing sourced pipeline performance including MQL targets and conversion rates.
- Analyse funnel performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing programmes for target accounts.
- Align campaign messaging with product marketing to ensure relevance.
- Use Salesforce and Pardot to track and optimise performance.
- Contribute to marketing planning with a data led approach.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or demand generation within SaaS or technology.
- Track record of delivering against pipeline or MQL targets.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategy.
- Collaborative and commercially minded.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the AEC, PropTech or built environment sector.
- Familiarity with sustainability or energy technology markets.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences.
