Private Dental Practice | West End, Edinburgh.
Do you have what it takes to become the Practice Manager of Integrated Dentalcare?
The Mission: To elevate a high-end private dental clinic by aligning people, systems and strategy to deliver exceptional patient experiences, strong team culture, and long-term financial performance.
Do you thrive on aligning complex moving parts? Do you have the decisiveness to drive profit, the influence to inspire a team, and the conscientiousness to build flawless systems?
At Integrated Dental Care, we aren’t looking for a standard manager to watch the clock. We are looking for an experienced practice manager to deliver our strategic plan and a catalyst who harmonises financial health, clinical excellence, and operational precision.
What’s In It for You?
- High-Impact Strategic Growth & Influence: Influence, implement and deliver the strategic growth of a premier West End dental clinic working with a dedicated management team. You aren’t just managing; you are influencing the financial health (using the P&L) and seeing the tangible results of your "D-I-C" traits as you transform standard patient journeys into a community of "Raving Fans" and active brand advocates.
- True Autonomy: The influencer. Not the Micromanager: We provide the platform, the support and a collaborative approach to designing a strategic plan. You have true autonomy to enhance or design the systems and processes that deliver consistent excellence. You will be an enabler, with the authority to make the decisive, high-level calls required to align daily operations with our short to medium-term vision.
- Professional Prestige & The "Complex Puzzle": Elevate your career leading an elite team in Edinburgh’s prestigious West End. You will thrive on the challenge of creating synergy between self-employed clinicians and our employed support team through robust, high-performance processes.
- A Performance-Driven Reward Structure: We reward people who have pace, are proactive and who deliver their goals. Your compensation is designed to mirror your impact.
The Role: Decisive, Influential, Conscientious
- Drive the Bottom Line (The "D"): You will ensure the business achieves its financial targets and agreed goals (by measuring KPIs), through proactive planning and decisive implementation.
- Lead the Vibe (The "I"): As a proactive team leader, you will cultivate, deliver, and empower a high-performance team that works without micromanaging. You are the bridge between clinical and administrative functions, creating "Raving Fan" patient advocates through a seamless, positive experience.
- Master the Systems (The "C"): You’ll refine the end-to-end patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint is effective and compliant with HIS Scotland/GDC standards. From financial tracking to clinical operations management, your attention to detail ensures the practice runs like a well-oiled machine.
The Package: High Upside for High Performance
We believe in rewarding and supporting the "puzzle solvers" who deliver.
Base Salary: £36,000 plus annual bonus based on goal delivery.
Private health care benefits
Company pension
Extra holidays after three years.
After probation, membership to the clinic maintenance plan.
Are You the One? You should have experience in running a healthcare facility. You don’t need to be dentally trained (we have a Senior Dental Nurse to support the clinical side), but you must have real-world experience in health business management frameworks and a hunger for growth and delivering goals based on structured, sound planning.
