At Integrated Dental Care, we aren’t looking for a standard manager to watch the clock. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to act as our strategic architect and catalyst who harmonises financial health, clinical excellence, and operational precision.

The Package: High Upside for High Performance
Base Salary: £38,000. Performance Bonus Pot: £12,000. On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000.
Your bonus is tied to what you control:
- £6,000 for achieving 15% Strategic Growth.
- £3,000 for Team Synergy & Patient Advocacy scores.
- £3,000 for Operational Precision & Compliance.
