The post holder will be able to demonstrate a passion for Leg Ulcer Management, providing in-depth leg ulcer assessment, and education for patients and their carers. The post holder will require excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work flexibly across a variety of clinic settings in Exeter, Mid and East Devon.

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive wound assessment, prevention and treatment skills around care of leg ulcers
  • Working closely with the Nurse specialists (LLTS) and Advanced Nurse Specialist (LLTS), and other members of the Community Services Division to deliver safe, effective care across Exeter, Mid and East Devon populations.
  • Supporting the Nurse specialists and Advance Nurse Specialist in undertaking research activities and clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy and well Leg service team

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

Interview Date: Wednesday 6th of August

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation date, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25 | NHS Employers)
