Receptionist / Driver
Broomfield Chelmsford - Out of Hours / Weekends and Night Shifts
Must hold a full, clean, manual UK driving license.

Receptionist duties:
- Welcoming patients with compassion and ensuring confidentiality.
- Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations.
- You’ll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress.
- Ensuring two-way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations.
- Accurate record keeping.
Driver duties:
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where they’ll provide essential care.
- You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.
- Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.

Location: Broomfield Chelmsford. Flexibility to cover our other bases in Southend, Thurrock and Basildon where needed. As part of your normal responsibilities, you could be required to work at any of these locations when required.
Hours Available: Weekends and Night Shifts Available. You must be able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles as our IC24 cars are a mixture of both!
