IC24 is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our growing Primary Care team. In this role, you will work autonomously, using advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care. You will support the delivery of safe, effective services while playing an important role in strengthening our nursing and HCA teams through leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight. You will also help shape our future: we are preparing for major site renovation, offering an opportunity to be part of a transformational period for the practice.

- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
- Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
- Support Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health as key focus areas.
Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar. Strong experience in Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health.
