We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Allied Medical Practice and Ship Street Surgery in Brighton. What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, health education, and screening services.
- Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, respiratory disease, and cardiovascular health.
- Carry out immunisations, wound care, travel health advice, and minor procedures.
- Support QOF and Enhanced Services requirements with accurate coding and record keeping.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse qualification.
- Previous experience in general practice and managing long-term conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, previous experience in primary care.
