IC24 is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our growing Primary Care team at Allied Medical Practice. This is a key clinical leadership role within a practice that is undergoing significant development, making this a genuinely exciting time to join us.

In this role, you will work autonomously, using advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care. You will support the delivery of safe, effective services while playing an important role in strengthening our nursing and HCA teams through leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight. You will also help shape our future: we are preparing for major site redevelopment and relocation to a new purpose-built premises, offering an opportunity to be part of a transformational period for the practice. About the Role

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
  • Act as an Independent Prescriber (Essential).
  • Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
  • Contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance and service improvement.
  • Support Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health as key focus areas.
  • Use clinical systems effectively.
  • Work flexibly within Allied Medical Practice.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with a Masters-level qualification.
  • Independent Prescriber.
  • Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar.
  • Strong experience in Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health.
  • Clinical leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Teaching or mentorship qualification.
  • Evidence of service improvement and innovation.
