We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy GP practices and play a vital role in ensuring our patient services run smoothly. This is a dynamic and rewarding position where no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Book appointments and manage queries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process prescription requests and accurately update patient records
  • Handle payments, post, emails, and other administrative tasks
  • Keep reception and consulting areas tidy and well-stocked
  • Manage patient registrations and assist with online service queries
  • Send referral forms and liaise with hospitals and community services
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
