Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking an experienced Board Governance & Off-Payroll Compliance Manager to support the Board, Executive Team and governance framework. You will act as Company Secretary, working with the Chair, CEO and executives to enhance governance for strategic delivery.
Role includes overseeing off‑payroll compliance, risk oversight and producing Board papers, while partnering with senior leaders. Hybrid working from Ashford with part‑time hours and NHS pension benefits.
