We're now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager at CLEO Systems, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with internal teams, NHS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to work on projects that genuinely make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and NHS stakeholders
- Produce and maintain clear, accurate project documentation
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Represent CLEO Systems professionally in meetings and industry events
- Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track
- Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced customer outcomes
About You
You'll be an organised and proactive Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration. We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Proven experience of delivering key projects as the responsible project manager.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- 5 years minimum experience within a similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and a structured approach
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated environments (desirable)
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability development.
- A leader who is willing to contribute internally and externally.
