At CLEO Systems, we are transforming urgent, emergency, and outpatient healthcare services through innovative and integrated software. Every role here is made to be brave and we are looking for someone just as bold to help build our Sales Development function in a growing healthcare technology business.

As our Sales Development Representative, you will help drive growth by managing our CRM system (ideally HubSpot), generating B2B leads within the healthcare sector, and nurturing prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, engaging potential clients through warm calls, tailored outreach, and follow-ups ensuring a seamless handover of leads that turn into real opportunities.
