We're now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager at CLEO Systems, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with internal teams, NHS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to work on projects that genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and NHS stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain clear, accurate project documentation
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks
  • Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Represent CLEO Systems professionally in meetings and industry events
  • Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced customer outcomes

About You

You’ll be an organised and proactive Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration. We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • Proven experience of delivering key projects as the responsible project manager
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • 5 years minimum experience within a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated environments (desirable)
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability development
  • A leader who is willing to contribute internally and externally
