What You’ll Do Welcome and register patients professionally and courteously Direct patients to the appropriate services following NHS guidelines Answer telephone calls, handle patient queries, and book appointments Provide vital admin support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and more Support clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Someone with excellent communication and customer service skills A team player who’s also confident working independently Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using IT systems and committed to accurate data recording Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to the needs of the service A commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality Who are we?
