Quality, Information, Safety and Governance Coordinator – a key support role at Integrated Care 24 (IC24), ensuring statutory, regulatory and safety responsibilities are met across all services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate QISG meetings, agendas, actions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records including risk registers, complaints logs and governance trackers.
- Support incident, complaints and information request processes (including DSARs and RFIs).
- Produce reports and extract data from governance systems (e.g. Ulysses).
- Support audits, inspections and quality assurance activity.
- Maintain shared mailboxes and ensure timely routing of queries.
- Assist with DSPT and information governance compliance activity.
- Ensure governance documents and archives are accurate, organised and accessible.
About you
You are organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working in a structured, fast‑moving governance environment. You have experience in an administrative, governance, quality or healthcare support role and are confident using systems to manage data, reports and documentation. You understand confidentiality, information governance and data protection, have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple deadlines. You communicate clearly and work well with a range of stakeholders, and are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
