We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to support our Procurement Team in delivering an efficient, compliant, and value-driven purchasing service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who is keen to develop experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and contract management within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal teams with obtaining quotes and sourcing suppliers
  • Ensuring value for money across purchases
  • Tracking contract expiry dates and coordinating renewals
  • Managing and updating supplier and contract records
