Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is opening a brand-new Peterborough contact centre. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead NHS 111 and Integrated Urgent Care services, delivering safe, high-quality care and strong operational performance.
You will oversee multiple teams, work with Clinical Leads and Quality teams, travel to Peterborough regularly, and help shape our new hub from day one. Competitive salary £45,000 with 6.6 weeks’ annual leave and development opportunities.
