Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is recruiting an Operations Officer for its Integrated Urgent Care division, supporting NHS 111, CAS and face-to-face services. You will lead from the front, help services perform at their best in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will monitor performance, manage queues, respond to demand and incidents, coordinate Care Coordinators and Navigators, and work with partners to maintain safe, compliant and patient-centred service delivery.
