Main duties of the job include:
- Welcoming patients upon arrival at a dedicated base and ensuring their confidentiality is maintained.
- Providing transport to GPs on visits around the locality.
- Making comfort calls to patients and booking appointments.
- Handling calls about possible bereavements, requiring empathy and IT skills.
- Conducting vehicle and medical equipment checks.
- Using an IC24 car to transport clinicians to patient homes.

Location: Norfolk and Waveney
Hours Available: Bank hours available during our out of hours period (Monday-Friday 18:30-08:00 and 24/7 through weekends and bank holidays).
