You will assess patients’ needs via guided pathways, direct them to appropriate care, and support distressed callers while maintaining safety and compassion. Full-time hours and comprehensive training are provided.
Role includes working a 24/7 rota, with weekend shifts and a starting salary aligned to NHS 111 roles; you will join a supported team of clinicians and colleagues across IC24.
