Overview
The Receptionist/Driver role at IC24 is a dynamic position encompassing a range of responsibilities.
Receptionist duties:
- Welcoming patients with compassion and ensuring confidentiality;
- Handling appointment bookings, comfort calls, and sensitive situations;
- Maintaining accurate records;
- Liaising with call centres to ensure efficient operations;
- Strong empathy and IT skills required.
Driver duties:
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks;
- Safely transport clinicians to home visits;
- May accompany clinicians into patient homes;
- Ensure correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.
Location: South Essex (Basildon, Thurrock, Southend). Hours are out of hours during weekends and night shifts. A full, clean manual UK driving license is required and ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
