Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT Operations team in Ashford. You will provide remote and on-site support across contact centres, offices and clinical bases, keeping systems running and helping clinicians regain access when needed.
You will combine strong IT skills with outstanding customer service, explain solutions clearly, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues, including managing incidents within service levels.
