The Role
You are an experienced professional with strong data analysis experience and a deep understanding of supply chain operations. You have a knack for planning toolsets, such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, etc. The individuals we hire for this role can draw upon their subject matter expertise, have the ingenuity to apply domain expertise to innovative planning solutions, have the creativity to communicate complex data structures, and have the emotional intelligence to empower the client. These individuals link the Client, Process, and Technology Team. The role requires the ability to understand market requirements, translate them into clear solution needs, troubleshoot data issues, support testing, and create documentation and training materials that enable long-term ownership.
Supply Chain Analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technology, Process, Development) to ensure the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards for supply chain initiatives (demand segmentation, inventory analysis, network optimization) to support process improvements.
- Support process improvements by maintaining documentation of recurring issues, solution gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
Customer SaaS Onboarding
- Document business and conceptual solution requirements that can be aligned across global and local teams.
- Collect, interpret, and evaluate data, brainstorm solutions, and project consequences of recommendations.
- Evaluate front-end solutions to ensure alignment with original data sources.
- Maintain use cases and new or updated technical process flows.
Existing Customer Engagement
- Ensure data consistency, triage data/application issues, and communicate effectively to clients, Process Consultants, and Tech Team to identify a path forward.
- Work with the process team to create, manage, and triage S&OP configuration items, defects, and enhancements.
- Conduct targeted training sessions to support adoption, process understanding, and transition of responsibilities.
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and 2 years of experience in supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data visualization skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel. VBA is a plus! Experience with BI tools is preferred (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of databases and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication with outside stakeholders.
