IBAT is hiring its first Product Manager, a role that comes with genuine responsibility for shaping how one of the world's leading biodiversity data platforms evolves. You'll own the product roadmap, work directly with our engineers and partners, and build out the product function from scratch. There's no existing product team, which means real decisions and real influence from day one.

You'll need to be technically grounded, good at bringing different people around a shared direction, and comfortable with the kind of ambiguity that comes with being first in a role. We're looking for someone with proven SaaS product experience, a solid grasp of agile, and enough independence to operate without a product management layer above them. Genuine curiosity about biodiversity, and why it increasingly matters to business, would help.

If this sounds like the right next step, get in touch.

Applications close: 24 May 2026

This role is hosted by IUCN, one of IBAT's Alliance partners, but you will work full time for, and directly with the IBAT Secretariat. IBAT is headquartered in the David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge. The job would be primarily remote.
