Discipline: ConstructionManager - Steel Structures
Location: London
Salary: to £65,000 per annum
Integrate are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major construction project at Old Oak Common, London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in steel structures / structural steel installation and will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating installation teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor structural steel installation works on site.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials and equipment.

Ensure works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

Manage and oversee RAMS, method statements and relevant site documentation.

Carry out regular health & safety and quality inspections.

Coordinate ITPs, inspections and requests for inspection with the Principal Contractor.

Monitor quality and address any non-conformities or corrective actions.

Ensure installation teams have the correct information and documentation to carry out their works.

Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to maintain progress on site.

CSCS Black Card

SMSTS
-
Strong experience within steel structures, structural steel or associated installation works.

Good knowledge of site health & safety, quality procedures, RAMS and inspections.

Strong organisational and site management skills.

Ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors and the Principal Contractor.
