Hours of Work:
Mon-Sat, approx 60hrs/week
PAYE Pay Rates:
The Role:
- Erection and installation of structural steelwork in line with engineering drawings and site specifications.
- Assist with the assembly, alignment and securing of steel structures and components.
- Work alongside other trades to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Follow site health and safety procedures and comply with all relevant safety requirements.
- Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
- CSCS card
- NVQ Level 3 in Capital Plant Steel Structures
- IPAF card 3a 3b
- MP Connect card
- Experience working on industrial or heavy engineering sites
- Ability to follow engineering drawings, instructions and site procedures.
- Good awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
