The Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, based at our Solihull (Dickens Heath) or Birmingham (Digbeth) offices. This is a 360 role focused on engineering and construction recruitment, with a strong emphasis on contract work. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and developing your own client base
- Managing contractor workforces across live projects
- Sourcing and placing skilled candidates
- Growing your desk with real autonomy
This role is best suited to someone confident running a full 360 desk and comfortable with business development.
