For one of Integrate ERP's leading clients, we are looking for an SAP Retail Solution Architect/ SAP S/4HANA Retail Solution Architect.
Location: UK (remote + some travel)
As an SAP Retail Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the design, build and implementation of complex solutions from an application and business process standpoint.
- Responsible for building a multi-year roadmap while respecting architecture standards.
- Work with all team leads to design, build and implement complex solutions.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate retail system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.
- Work self-directed and independently; act as subject matter mentor to more junior team members.
- Planning, preparing, and conducting Design Workshops.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
Desired skills and experiences:
- Extensive understanding and expertise in the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions from an application and business standpoint.
- At least 10 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services or business environments, implementing retail applications.
- Experience with SAP IS-Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain).
- Profound understanding of retail business processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities.
- Skilled enough in the following to be able to work with a highly skilled team of functional retail consultants: POS-DTA, CAR, PMR, F&R, UDF.
