Rate: 1st 40 hours - £22 per hour PAYE // Over 40 hours - £27.50 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5pm/7pm
Start: Monday 24th August
Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for experienced Steel Fixers to join a warehouse development project in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will be working across 2 warehouse units, carrying out steel fixing duties as part of the ongoing construction works. This is a short-term opportunity for reliable and experienced Steel Fixers looking for immediate work, with potential for additional hours depending on project requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience working as a Steel Fixer
- Experience on commercial, industrial or large-scale construction projects preferred
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- Experience fixing and tying reinforcement steel
- Good understanding of safe working practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
- Good health and safety awareness
- Relevant tools and PPE
- Reliable and able to commit to the full 3-4 week project duration
- Available to start Monday 24th August
