The Role
Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for a QA Manager for a permanent position on behalf of our client, to support a major refinery shutdown in Southampton. The role will involve:
- Managing all aspects of quality, including supervising quality personnel
- Overseeing the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs processes and procedures
- Ensuring welding is compliant with the requirements of ISO 3834-2
- Acting as primary liaison to client on all quality related issues
- Being responsible for ensuring sufficient training is conducted for project personnel on the company Quality management system and project specific procedures.
- Leading the company nuclear safety culture within the project, promote the company core values and engage in the efficient development of project documentation and ensure timely completions.
Requirements
- HNC/HND, CSWIP 3.2 or Equivalent Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing
- IOSH Leading Safety preferred or alternative
- Lead Auditor Accredited
- 5 years previous relative experience within the Oil, Gas, Power or Nuclear Industry
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving and organisation skills
- Must be eligible to work in the U.K and subject to approval of the DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check).
