Shifts: 10hrs/day, 13 on 1 off

PAYE Pay Rates:

  • Travel & Fare / Radius Allowance
  • £48.16/day Lodge Allowance (if over 40 miles from site)

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Rigging Supervisors on behalf of our client for an industrial shutdown in Middlesbrough. Duties will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of riggers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
  • Ensuring that all rigging operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Developing and implementing rigging plans and procedures for each project, considering factors such as load requirements, equipment specifications, and site conditions.
  • Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that rigging activities are integrated smoothly into overall project schedules.
  • Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and personnel certifications.
  • Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding rigging operations.

Requirements:

  • CCNSG card
  • NVQ 3 or in Moving Loads
  • AP/A61
  • Lifting Equipment Inspection
  • Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
